Hello: Inspirations?

Exposing yourself to different cultures do offer an opportunity for self-discovery! This blog contains stories shared with people that I have came across both locally and from abroad.

Being a flight attendant at Cathay Pacific offered me an amazing opportunity to explore different parts of the world. After retiring from flying, I worked as an environmental consultant in Hong Kong. At the mean time, I am taking the time to rediscover the wonders and secrets of this dynamic and vibrant city.

Electronic Commerce (EC)

Add some more info about this item...

December 24, 2019

There are 3 major types of electronic commerce: Business-to-consumer (B2C), Business-to-business (B2B) and Consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce.

Examples of the types of e-commerce are:

1. B2C: Retailing products and services to individual shoppers. Amazon, Walmart, iTunes are examples of B2C. BarnesandNoble.com, which sells books, software, and music to individual consumers is an example of B2C e-commerce.

2. B2B: Involves sales of goods and services among businesses. Clothing and home furnishing retailer Eddie Bauer is an example of B2B e-commerce.

3. C2C:  Consumer selling directly to consumers. For example eBay, the giant web auction site, enables people to sell their goods to other consumers by auctioning their merchandise off to the highest bidder of for a fixed price. eBay acts as a middleman by creating a digital platform for peer-to-peer commerce. Craigslist is the most widely used platform consumers use to buy and sell directly to others.

Because bitcoin is so technically complex and the concept of purely digital money is such a novelty to most people, it is sometimes difficult to communicate its value and its potential to truly change society on a global scale.

Documentaries are an approachable and entertaining medium for educating audiences all over the world on their subject matter, so it's certainly fitting that there are a number of bitcoin documentaries in production.
