SPENDING CNY IN COLD CHICAGO

Chicago, one of the coldest cities in United States, hitting the lowest normal daily mean temperatures in December, January and February at -3˚C. Although there are many places that are way colder that this. Trust me for a person coming from a warm country. It is torturing.

Everyday activities include Skyping my fam-bam who are back in Penang, catching up on that overdue Korean drama

Feeling bitter cold and absolutely homesick, staring at that snow-covered lake and streets.

Ended up doing nonsense before hitting the gym.


Waking up early to have amazing breakfast with my friend at the Honey Jam Café

Company makes cold Chicago warmer on Chinese New Year.

It's too cold to go to town, the best bet is to linger around the nearest shopping mall.


And when you have funny friends, wherever you go you will find fun.
